Abs, Arms and Arse (AAA) workout 

Mondays & Wednesday 08.00 - 08.30

An early bird strength class designed for women who have done some strength or resistance exercise in the past - probably not those who may already lift heavy weights or do cross fit.

These classes follow a 4 week cycle, each one focussing on a different body area, using bodyweight and dumbbells.  

  • Week 1 Monday - Legs

  • Week 1 - Wednesday - Arms 

  • Week 2 - Monday - Abs

  • Week 2 - Wednesday - Full body 

You will need weights that challenge you, but not too much. Most ladies uses 2kg - 5kg, you may have a heavier set and a lighter set.
