A Life Less Anxious - strategies to help you live with menopause anxiety

Week 1; Why is this happening to me?! – Discover WHY anxiety increases during peri-menopause and understand the different types of anxiety.  Find out HOW to effectively manage them through three simple techniques.

Maybe you’re worrying about something happening next week - an appointment or a meeting at work, or maybe the worry suddenly appears out of nowhere - approaching a motorway as a passenger in a car, perhaps? Or maybe it’s a bit of both - knowing you have to fly somewhere and actually getting on a plane? 

 

·     Week 2 – Learn how to reset your CONFIDENCE when FEAR and CONTROL seem to take over and stop you living the life you want.

Is the imposter monster making more frequent appearances in your life? Do you wish you were just more like Jo in Marketing or simply want to go back to the old you? Or is there a particular scenario that sends you into a tailspin - hosting a meeting at work, walking into a crowded room or just holding your own in a group? We’ll cover ways to deal with all of these.

 

·     Week 3; More than mindset -  Find out how your thoughts affect the way you feel, and learn how to retrain your brain to get through that fog.

Are you trying your best to get through your brain fog but finding that it’s stopping you from doing all sorts of things? 

 

·     Week 4; ‘Life was never supposed to be a waiting room – The saying goes ‘This too shall pass’, and it will, but there is no reason to hang around and wait for it to happen. Learn a technique to set the life you want in motion, now.
