Join the amazing team of female fitness experts at Midlife Makeover for 8 weeks, and get back into a movement habit that supports your midlife health.
Your time with us starts with your Goal Setting session on 12th January at 6.30pm. This will be recorded if you can't join it live.
From January 12th you'll have access to 11 weekly fitness classes, you can choose which classes you want to join each week, depending on how you are feeling.
You will also get a private 30 minute consultation with Sam - the link for this will be sent to you via email once you have signed up.
What type of classes are included in the programme?
Our timetable of classes includes:
- STRENGTH classes - AAA, and Fitstix
- CARDIO classes - HIIT30
- RESTORATIVE classes - Yoga, Pilates, and Fitball
And all our teachers are menopause experts, so our classes are geared for YOU - not 30-year-olds!
All the fitness classes are LIVE and RECORDED, so you can workout when it suits you, plus you'll have unlimited access to all recorded classes.
Once the 8 weeks is over, you can choose to join our Midlife Fitness membership so you can keep up your great results!
