What do you need to take part?

  • A fitball! Fitballs are cheap to buy, watch the video below to find out what I recommend. 
  • A mat or non slip surface is a good idea. 
  • Access to zoom via a phone, tablet or laptop.

 What about injuries? 

By the time we are in our 40's and beyond, most of us have some kind of niggle. As long as I know what yours is, I can always give adaptations to make it ok for you. 

How would you describe this class?

Whilst our other classes may focus on strength or cardio, the fitball class is more relaxing and stretchy. Some moves will use strength, some may even make you a bit sweaty but mostly you'll enjoy the slower pace of this class.
